1 lb ground game or beef
1 lb ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
2 slices bread, torn into tiny pieces
3 oz milk
1 egg
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic
3/4 tsp salt
Form into a loaf, cover with catsup and bake at 325° convection for 1 1/2 hrs.
